Our
consultant, Samuel S. Woodhouse, has substantial
business and legal experience that you can take
advantage of to craft and execute strategies that
drive favorable business outcomes. Sam’s business
experience includes establishing and managing The
Woodhouse Law Firm, where he represents an enviable
list of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to local
businesses. Before creating The Woodhouse
Law Firm, Sam was a Shareholder and the Managing
Partner of the Atlanta Office of Cozen O'Connor, a
top 100 global law firm with over 500 attorneys.
Sam has represented major corporations and
governmental entities in matters involving business
litigation, business counseling and contract
negotiations.
Sam’s educational background includes
a degree in Business Administration from Duquesne
University, a law degree from Duquesne University
School of Law, and an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from
Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he
graduated with Honors. As an experienced trial
attorney, having tried jury trials in federal and
state courts, Sam has the unique ability to
understand issues, analyze problems and develop
winning strategies.
Sam
is sought after for his keen judgment and sound
counsel. He recognizes that in order to properly
assist our clients, he must understand their
business goals and objectives. Sam is vigilant
about learning our clients' businesses and
industries, which enables him to craft and
ultimately execute those strategies that drive
favorable business outcomes. This allows Sam to
provide sound advice and counsel to our clients to
assist them in avoiding or reducing problems.
Also, as a trained mediator, Sam is positioned to
bridge the gap of thoughts, opinions and strong
feelings that may exist in your organization. An
organization can come up with great solutions, but
unless you have complete buy-in from your people,
implementation of the solutions will be very
difficult, if not impossible. Sam is trained to deal
with these situations. He was awarded a Certificate
in Mediation after receiving formal mediation
training. In addition, Sam is a Registered Mediator
in Georgia. This training and experience will
benefit you when there is a need to build consensus
among your people to get them to embrace solutions
so that the solutions can be implemented, and
benefit your organization. |
